"I won a sample pack at a fundraiser and am glad I did. So far we’ve made kid-approved meatballs and burgers with the ground beef which is very flavorful. My husband just got a smoker so he’s trying all types of new cuts. Micah kindly gave us some short ribs and they didn’t disappoint as we made Vietnamese style short ribs with jalapeños, cilantro and siracha. You can’t beat choosing a local farmer for your meat needs. Can’t wait to see what we come up with next for these cuts!"
